ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Opening submission : from 22nd of March to 29th of April

 

Each abstract would be transmitted online from the tab «  abstract submission » and will contain no more than 250 words (350 references included). Use of character font « Tahoma , 12 pt » is mandatory.

Description of each part  :

  • Introduction (context, hypothesis/aims)
  • Materials et methods (done or planned)
    • If you did not do your method yet, you can present your planned protocol
  • Results (obtained or waited)
    • If you did not have results yet you can present your waited results
  • Discussion/conclusion (if possible)

 

Figures and tables : When you validate the abstract step, you can join a figure or a table (joint file). The figure or the table must have a title (eg : Figure 1 or Table 1) and take no more than 1 page. The figure or the table must be called in the abstract, Fig.1 or Table 1 .

References : 3 references max are allowed.  You must cite them as follow : In brackets, first author, and al., year of publication. Example : (Dupont et al., 2022).

Conflicts of interest : Eventual conflicts of interest must be mentionned after your references. If there are not any conflicts of interest, “no conflict of interest” must be written.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

For  D2 and D3+:

  • Oral communications: 10 minutes max (powerpoint presentation) followed with 2 to 3 minutes question-answers with the audience.
  • Posters :  5 minutes max (poster with preferential landscape format)  followed with 2 to 3 minutes question-answers with the audience.

For  D1:

  • Thesis project : 3 minutes max (poster with landscape format)
